At the Heart of the Coaching Community

Though composed of a large number of small and medium-sized companies, the coaching industry does nevertheless have a strong community spirit.

This means that members of the community:

  • offer each other mutual support
  • regularly exchange information
  • share their views on people, products and services

This is done via groups such as Confederation of Passenger Transport, Coach Tourism Council, European Tour Operators Association, the Guild of British Coach Operators and other local business and tourism forums - as well as simply picking up the phone and chatting.

The Role of the Awards

UK Coach Awards seeks to reinforce the sense of community by providing a forum in which best practice and success can be shared - and, importantly, celebrated - in a way which individual SMEs cannot do on their own.

UK Coach Awards is the only scheme of its type that is dedicated solely to Coach Operators and their staff. It is independently owned, run on a not-for-dividend basis for the sake of the industry as a whole.

How this helps our sponsors

Being associated with UKCA will boost your credentials as being a part of the community, and 'giving something back' for a cause that will benefit coaching and coach operators.
