Plans for UK Coach Awards in 2015 announced

UK Coach Awards chairman Allan EdmondsonPlans have been announced for the 2015 competition for the UK Coach Awards, which will be formally launched at the beginning of the autumn. This will be the seventh annual contest for this unique scheme, run entirely independently for the benefit of the industry by a special purpose, not-for-dividend company.

UK Coach Awards chairman Allan Edmondson said: "We are delighted to be able to announce the plans for our seventh annual competition. Since April, we've had a lot of very positive feedback about this year's scheme, and we've taken this into account in making our plans for 2015."

As in 2014, the awards will remain dedicated to coach operators and their staff, with a variety of categories for people, projects and organisations at the sharp end of the industry

"We'll be seeking nominations from operators and their customers throughout the autumn," explained Allan. "Judging will take place early in the New Year, with a shortlist announcement expected in late February."

The Annual Presentation Ceremony will return to Manchester, taking place on Thursday 23 April 2015 at the Mercure Piccadilly Hotel, scene of three previous highly praised events.
