Winner, Gold Award: National Express
Paula Russell
Paula Russell joined National Express as a Customer Service Adviser in September 2015. Since then, she has successfully taken over the reigns as Coach Station Manager for both Bristol and Cardiff, with responsibility for a team of 14 across the two locations. Paula has ensured the smooth operation of National Express services at both sites, while positively leading her teams to deliver an excellent customer experience for all passengers. Paula is always willing to go over and above her daily duties and what is expected of her to get the best out of her team and ensure National Express delivers every time.
While expressing disappointment that there were not more entries for what is usually a hotly contested category, the judges considered this to be a standout entry from National Express and had no hesitation in awarding the gold to Paula who has shown that she is very worthy of this accolade.
