Dinner menu

To start:
Prosecco poaches pear, Lancashire cheese mousse with crushed walnuts and golden sultana syrup

Main course:
Daube of British beef with a port and porcini mushroom demi glaze served with carrot batons, asparagus tips and crushed buttered new potatoes

or for pre-booked vegetarians:
Celeriac, blue cheese, cherry tomato and caramelised onion wellington sauce served with carrot batons, asparagus tips and crushed buttered new potatoes

Dessert:
Chantilly individual deluxe trio of chocolate

Followed by:
Coffee and tea with mints

Dinner wines

White:
Canyon Road Pinot Grigio, USA 2017

Red:
Pier 42 Cabernet Sauvignon, Chile 2017
